Pelayo Diaz Zapico better know as "Prince Pelayo" . A 23 years old fashion student at Central Saint Martins has been making noise in the international fashion scene for a while. This gentlemen has gained worldwide fame for his aesthetic and unique style (when he's wearing something) and his ingenious blog KateLovesMe an ode to Kate Moss.


Besides of being is #1 fan, I also look up to him. He's a fascinating role model for those guys (like me)  who wants to make a life out fashion. He quote's on his blog profile "Be the most authentic person you can be" an he proves it. Not only with his daring looks, always pushing it to the limits, but also with his spirit and attitude to eat the world. He posses originality till the point where he has create his own charismatic, shameless and fashion icon character.

He describes his style as L.A kid meets 50s pimp with a inspiration from Icons like James Dean and Cry-baby. He likes to shop in Harvey Nichols in London, Davidelfin in Madrid, Hotskates in Oviedo and being his favorite designers Yves Saint Laurent, Dior and the spaniard: Balenciaga.

With his success you'll think the fame would have reach his head, contrary to this, he's a very down to earth guy and enjoy spending time hanging out with his friends in SoHo and thanking everyday for accomplish everything that he ever wanted.

Definitely the "it" guy of our times.

A la hora de diseñar siempre toma como tema de inspiración cosas sumamente enigmáticas, que le permitan fantasear acerca de su verdadera naturaleza, generalmente las contrasta con elementos refinados y conservadores. Su objetivo a largo plazo es tener su propia marca para caballero.

Estilo: "Preppy Geek" Un poco formal y conservador, utilizando camisas, zapatos de vestir, corbatas y moños, pero divirtiendosé a la vez con el toque geek, con un poco de color y cierta timidez.

Fashion: Para el la moda es la manera de hacerle saber al mundo como se siento cada día, siendo su base el outfit que lleva, pero siendo los accesorios los que determinaran su actitud.
La moda es un evento que se convierte en tendencia, y le gustaría algún dia liderar una tendencia para así convertirse en un hacedor de moda.
