Fashion Report | Holiday Season

The Holiday Season is here, and one of the many things I like about it; is the Stores Windows Displays.

Although I'm not in NYC to look at all the amazing creations that the big fashion houses created this year, I still live in a very fashionable and stylish city: Dallas.

NorthPark Center is one of the many upscale malls in the city. With the number one in sales nationwide retails, Neiman Marcus and Dillard's.

Other stores as Barney's New York, Macy's and of course Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Versace, Burberry are here too.

In this venue, you will always find the perfect combination between music, art and food  . Christmas is the perfect time to visit, eat, shop  & have a lovely evening looking at the Windows Displays. These will take you to a modern Winterland, with beautiful white trees, disco balls, lighting stars & colorful gift wraps.

Fashion Report/ H&M opens at NorthPark Center in Dallas

After waiting since the Preview Store was open back in January, the fast fashion Swedish clothing chain finally opened it's door for the Dallas-sites today at North Park Center.

I've been a fan of the brand for almost six years since I first ran into it back in Summer of 2006, while studying abroad in Canada. Having H&M in Texas, now that I live in Dallas: is like literally heaven, because there was not a store within 100 miles from here.

People camped out of the shopping center last night just to be the first ones in line. And who wouldn't have, right? With giveaways from $10-$500 for the first 500 in line, it was absolutely worth it. Thats why I woke up early and got there around 6:30 am, but the place was packed already. Anyways amde it to the 100's and got free souvenirs, snacks, drinks and a $10 gift card. Not bad right?

Also, the PR team was A-M-Azing. Staff going around the line along with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders making people scream creating more exciment about the opening.

At last, it was time to shop and Oh my! It was pure fashion madness.

Fashion Report/Fashion Night Out NYC 2010

Last fall Anna Wintour and the CFDA came out with the idea of the biggest global fashion event, Fashion’s Night Out. This year, Fashion  Night Out was held last night in New York City and some other cities, just in time for New York's Fashion Week.


Fashion  Night Out-The Show, on Tuesday was an spectacular display of glamour, the world Top Models (Naomi, Gisele) and  designers from A to Z were there. With the moving of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week from Bryant Park to Lincoln Center, it seems fashion is being more appreciated and taken more seriously than before.

This extravaganza fashion event with retail stores offering in-styles, sales and designers appearances, is something everyone would like to be part. And this is all what is about, making High Fashion accessible and affordable for the "real" people.

With CBS filming of a documentary of what happens behind scenes it's obviously, fashion's gonna be out there and people would want it more and more.
